General description
It is applicable for casting the electrical products with filler or without filler.
It is applicable for degassing, mixing, casting high polymer materials under vacuum status, such as bisphenol-A, outdoor-type epoxy resin, polyurethane, etc. It is suitable for resin manufactured both at home and abroad.
It is applicable for processing both mixed material with filler added by user and double-component premixed filler. It is flexible.
The equipment system can be added or reduced according to user’s requirements. It can be modularly rigged. It is characterized by convenient installation, easy operation, and high automation. |

Main Features
1、Perfect Vacuum system
During the production process, the material preparation, distribution, feeding and casting are all carried out under vacuum status, which ensures to cast the high-quality products.
2、Reliable metering system
Two kinds of metering systems are provided according to user requirements for big-scale automation equipment:
①Feeding pump + electronic scale (this is suitable for casting the traditional products with filler)
②Metering pump + static mixer (this is suitable for casting various kinds of products)
The material is distributed automatically in the above metering system. Its precision and reliability can meet the requirements of production.
3、Advanced and safe heating technology
The mixing tank is heated by thermal oil, which is characterized by safety, reliability, high precision of temperature control, good temperature uniformity. It is an ideal heating method at present. Tanks are heated by means of separated heating system. The heating elements are all modular structure. The heating system is characterized by flexible operation, convenient installation and maintenance.
The casting tank is heated directly by electric heating plate with the advantage of energy saving, simpleness, reliability, beautiful appearance.
4、Advanced and reliable metering and control system
The main control system is controlled by computer. The key technics and process that is easy to misuse manually are controlled interlocking by computer. It is convenient to revise technics, record technics curve, and adjust technics data by computer. The metering system and vacuum system can be automatically preset and controlled. The general performance of the metering and control system is very much close to the advanced level at abroad.

It is mainly composed of one set of vacuum mixing tank and one set of casting tank. It is characterized by high cost performance, simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, and low cost. It is one series of our products which occupies the biggest market turnover.However, its mixing efficiency and production efficiency is just ordinary, because there is only one set of mixing tank and the material is metered and distributed manually while mixing. |

●KC-Series Vacuum (Pressure) Casting Equipment by Dynamic Mixing
It is developed based on the Basic Vacuum (Pressure) Casting Equipment. Some auxiliary facilities, such as material premixing system, metering feeding system or filler bag discharge device, are added into this series of casting equipment. It is mainly characterized by high automation, recording production technics curve and various datas, and interlocking protection device. Its production efficiency is several times faster than the basic casting equipment. This series of equipment is a much more popular one in China.
However this series of casting equipment has some deficiencies: the technology of dynamic mixing casting belongs to the technology of 1990s and is gradually outdated. Now it has been replaced by static mixing technology. On the other hand, it is hard to control the residual quantity of final mixed material. Compared to the static mixing technology, it wasted more mixed material each time. |

●KC-Series Vacuum (Pressure) Casting Equipment by Static Mixing
Its main technical features：
The dynamic mixing tank has been replaced by static mixing tank. It is characterized by precise and controllable mixing process, short mixing time, fresh mixed material, and good material flow property, which will improve the impregnation of coil, and ensure activity of mixed material to the largest extent. It solved the gelatin aging problem which is caused by long-term stirring of dynamic mixing.
Material can be mixed whenever necessary according to the production requirement. This kind of mixing mode shortens production cycle, and improves the production efficiency. There is no need to worry about insufficient material caused by the leakage of mold. Not like the dynamic mixing casting equipment, the static mixing casting equipment won’t produce residual material each time while casting, and will save lots of materials.
The metering pump adopts piston structure, whose body is made of carborundum.The pump is driven by a servo motor and is driven by precise screw. While the metering process is controlled by program. The metering process of pumps can be precisely synchronous.
Using the advantage of the high pressure resistant metering pump, the mixed material can be cast quickly and produce scouring effect, which can reduce the sedimentation of filler in the pipeline. Therefore the casting equipment with static mixer and metering pump is much more suitable for casting and producing dry type transformer with filler.
The manual casting valve has been replaced by automatic rotary casting distributor. The casting process can be preset by the computer, which realizes the automation of casting process. What’s more, it can completely eradicate the disadvantage and deficiencies caused by manual casting. |
