KI- series Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Equipment |
1、Application scope It is Mainly used on the insulation treatment of electrical products, e.g. the impregnation of HV motor, wind turbines, H type drying transformer, power capacitor and insulation material of cables. For example, through the vacuum pressure impregnation, motors or transformer windings can be evaporated at vacuum phase in order to reduce the influence of insulation from moisture, air and other impurities. At the pressure impregnation phase, resin can be immersed into structure inside thoroughly under pressure. Thus the whole insulation will be stronger, the insulation level and electric performance of product will be improved. It also applies in material industry for modification and structure improvement in order to improve material performance, e.g. precision casting (graphite products, engine shell), fire brick, wood, etc. It could increase compactness, strength and resistance characteristic of graphite. For automotive engine castings and high pressure valves, it could thoroughly solve micro-leakage and improve qualification ratio by vacuum pressure impregnation. Fire brick and wood could change substrate property to reach different effectiveness by immersing different impregnation liquid (e.g. bitumen, aseptic, etc.) |

5、Working principle First, put objects into the vacuum pressure tank, evacuate the moisture and air from objects. Then fill impregnation liquid into vacuum tank by pressure difference or pump. In order to impregnation fully, the impregnation liquid will be dipped in the gap of objects by certain pressure.
