KOF-series Vacuum Oil-filling Plant |
General
1、This plant is applied for oil-filling of amorphous alloy transformer, HV oil-immersed Instrument transformer, HV oil-immersed bushing, capacitors under vacuum condition (heating function is optional)
2、The plant can be operated full-automatically, with fixed amount oil-filling function. |
Features
1、Oil-filling under vacuum (heating function is optional); with fixed amount oil-filling function, it can guarantee product quality.
2、It can adopt tertiary vacuum pump system. Ultimate vacuum of empty autoclave is 1 Pa and leakage is ≤0.4mbar•l/s to ensure clean environment in high vacuum.
3、There is an oil-gas separator between oil filling tank and vacuum unit, it can reduce insulation oil enter vacuum unit.
4、With cubic oil-filling tank, door-flange is reliable, no deform after long-term using.
5、With heating function, oil-filling tank is heated by electric heater. Heating medium is thermo oil. Door is heated by electric heating plate. Heating is even. When the temperature inside of tank is steady, the evenness degree is ±3℃.
6、If with heating function, a heat exchanger is equipped as well. When system needs cooling, through heat exchanger, thermo oil can be cold down. Through this way, product temperature can be lowered down to less than 70℃ in order to reduce the moisture regain during releasing.
This can avoid Moisture-regain after take product out of tank.
7、With certain oil inlets, it is suitable for oil filling of insulation material.
8、All oil filling pipes, accessories are made of stainless steel (304 styles). With automatically flows controller on main pipe.
9、With flow meter to control oil filling amount, when it reaches filling amount, oil inlet is closed.
10、The plant is equipped with PLC, industrial computer. It can realize heating, cooling, pumping and oil-filling automatically. When over-temperature alarm rings, cooling water is stopped automatically. It can monitor, save, print current and historical parameters (time, temperature, vacuum, oil-filling amount). |

1、Power Supply: Voltage: 380V; 3 phase 5 line; special electricity cabinet.
2、Cooling Water: pressure≥0.2mPa; flow>5m3/h; temp≤25 ℃
3、Gas Source: 0.4-0.6Mpa, consumption: 0.6 m3/min |
