Application:
Winding Constant Pressure Device is used for exerting appropriate hydraulic pressure on several windings simultaneously during winding drying process of transformers and reactor etc in case of uneven changing in winding Size as a result of moisture evaporation. |

Technical parameters:
1、Operating conditions: ambient temperature is 120°C; Drying time is 24 hours; 220V voltage. And it is equipped with leakage alarm and shut down device.
2 、Process: to compress and dry windings of transformer. Due to compress several windings at the same time, it must be drying while compressing. Hydraulic pump system is equipped with pressure loop. It can be arbitrary regulated on pressure switch according to user requirements with convenient operation.
Impetus of oil cylinder: 120ton; stroke: 200mm
3、 Configuration:
● power supply: one set of hydraulic pump
● Hydraulic cylinder: 6 pieces
● Splitter: one inlet six outlets; one oil inlet and six outlets connected with oil cylinder by steel pipe.
● Oil pipe: it is heat resistance pipe inside of furnace, operating pressure is 40MPa, one meter per one piece; pipe fittings between inside and outside of furnace is connected by quick union; the pipe outside of furnace is steel pipe.
Performance features: adopting imported hydraulic system, it is suitable for uninterrupted use in manufacturing with stable and durable quality. |
