一、Application
It is applicable for evacuating large transformers or that before maintenance on site. It can operate normally without cooling water due to the imported vacuum pump. Therefore, it is ideal for outdoor occasion where no cooling water source exists, or for those places where the large transformers are hard to move. |
二、Specification of the whole set of equipment

Ultimate vacuum (unloaded) ≤3Pa（full pressure）;Operation vacuum: 5-10Pa (residual pressure)，Leak rate≤0.016mbar.l/s
Power supply: 380V 50Hz 3 phase 4 lines Protective grounding: Isolation transformer is adopted for the power supply of single phase wire.It is integratedly assembled on a mobile trolley, compactly and easy operation. It can run after power supply on site.

Roots pump: one set of Roots pump WAU2001 (German Leybold)
One set of oil and gas separating tank
Two sets of manual vacuum butterfly valve
One set of stainless steel vacuum pipeline
Electric control system
All control elements are assembled inside an integrated control cabinet.
Vacuum measurement adopts vacuum gauge with digital displayer imported from German Leybold
Operation electric cable for the equipment should not be shorter than 30m.The electric cable should be with cable rotary table.
Mobile trolley & others
For easy moving, components will be assembled on the mobile trolley.
One small air compressor supplies power for pneumatic valves. |
