The history of Kaixuan
1992: laid a foundation;
1993: successfully developed large vacuum casting plant for Ct/PT, large hot air circulation vacuum drying plant, full-automatic vacuum casting plant for dry-type transformer, vacuum pressure impregnation plant for traction motor and vacuum annealing furnace.
1996: successfully developed kerosene vapor phase vacuum drying plant and pressure increase vacuum drying plant;
1997: passed the Guangdong high-tech enterprise certification;
2000: successfully developed a new type vacuum pressure impregnation plant for traction motors;
2004: passed the ISO9001 quality control system certification;
2006: successfully developed full-automatic static mixing vacuum casting plant;
2007: sponsored the drafting of country standard for “vacuum-pressure impregnation plant” and earned a sales revenue over RMB 100m;
2008: sponsored the drafting of industrial standards for “pressure increase vacuum drying plant”, “kerosene vapor phase vacuum drying plant” and “epoxy resin vacuum casting plant”;
Exported plants to other countries worth of RMB 60m;
Honoured as one of 100 Key Cultivated Enterprises in Guangdong Equipment Manufacturing Industry and Key Enterprise in Zhongshan Equipment Manufacturing Industry;
Successfully developed large vacuum pressure impregnation plant for wind driven generator;
2010: honoured by AREVA, France of “Lean Production Continuous Improvement”;
2012: vacuum plant manufacturing base is completed and went to operation.
2012: rewarded by Chinese Academy of Sciences of its key contribution to the national large scientific project
EAST-Full superconducting tokamak fusion device;
Successfully developed vacuum pressure impregnation plant for auto motors;
2012: passed the TUV certification for vacuum drying plant;
2012: passed the CE certification for Vapor Phase Drying Plant and Pressure Increase Vacuum Drying Plant honoured as work safety standardization level 3;
2016: the 17 meter vapor phase vacuum drying plant (600KW) in Xinjiang TBEA was put into operation;
2017: the 17 meter vapor phase vacuum drying plant (external 700KW) in Guangzhou Siemens was put into operation;
