Application of aluminosilicate and stainless steel in its heat insulting structure enables the cold wall vacuum annealing furnace to achieve good heat insulation performance under vacuum. Equally-spaced heaters for multi-regional temperature control on the wide flat nickel-chromium wall can ensure the heat evenness in the furnace with a maximum heating temperature of 900℃.
Apart from advantages of traditional annealing furnace, our equipment can strengthen the magnetic ability after the annealing treatment since we have set the ring-shaped magnetization supplying equipment targeting on characteristics of amorphous alloy’s core.
