Application Scope:
High-temperature vacuum furnace is mainly applied to annealing on oxidizable metals like tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, niobium and titanium. Vacuum annealing can eliminate the stress after cold treatment; soften the material for subsequent processing, while eliminating the impurity layer on the surface of the material, to achieve a batter surface brightness.

Kaixuan’s high-temperature annealing furnace adopts an energy-saving integrity; Its heating efficiency is 15% higher than that of similar product.
For metal heater and metal shield, we improved its structure specially which can prevent metal heater and metal shield against damage caused by thermal deformation, now this improvement is our patent for invention (patent no.: ZL201010550320.6).
After the air-cooled system is equipped with a patented-structure (patent number: ZL201420568162.0) cooling fan, it can solve the problem of pollution caused by the motor on the vacuum chamber. Vacuum level inside the furnace can be compared to that when the cooling fan is not equipped. This method can not only ensure a clean environment, but also effectively improve the production efficiency.
